As the Websites Administrator, I was responsible for all website work from design conceptualization to implementation. I was also responsible for the maintenance of all company websites, ensuring that all information, links, graphics and vidoes are current and up to date. In our Dubai Office, I was also responsible for the comapny's marketing collaterals like printed project presentations and creating slideshows or digital presentations. All web and graphics projects are created using the latest Adobe software in a Macintosh environment.

As a Web Hosting Technical Support agents, we were responsible for inbound calls from customers seeking support for issues experienced with their hosting account with 1and1. Issues vary from emails server not working to hosting and ftp server not working. Depending on the issue, we then resolve or forward it to higher level support for a resolution. We also monitor accounts with known issues and communicate with customers and higher level support the status of the issue.

While trying to earn a degree in Architecture, I was also working part-time as a Web Developer or Graphic Designer for Advkast, Inc., a digital advertising company in Cebu City who pioneered the LED ads and Plasma Displays in the city. This enabled me to pay for my college tuition and other school expenses. As the Web Developer and Graphic Designer, I was responsible for all website work, from conceptualization to implementation. I was also responsile for conceptualization to implementation of Plasma TV ads. I work with the clients day to day to ensure that finish their advertisements in the least amount of time.
